Beautiful 4 bedroom villa which sits on a large corner plot at Lake Berkley. The villa benefits from a partial view of the lake, fishing is just a few yards away.
The Lounge and very spacious dining area are of open plan design with high vaulted feature ceilings. Fully air conditioned with remote monitoring throughout, with ceiling fans for additional air movement.
The Lounge has two large, comfortable settees, where you can relax and watch the new 42' LCD PANEL HD T.V. (with access to over 200 channels). There is also a DVD player, CD/HiFi and large sliding doors leading to the pool. In addition FREE WIRELESS INTERNET is available for guest use.
The Kitchen is fully equipped. There is a large American Style Fridge with integral Ice maker, an Electric Range, Coffee Maker, Kettle, Toaster, Dish Washer, Microwave, Waste Disposal unit plus all the necessary crockery, cutlery, etc. that you could possibly need.
The Master Bedroom is currently fitted with a King sized bed. As is to be expected it has its own 'en suite' Bathroom and analogue cable TV.
There is an additional bathroom so two in total.
Bedroom 2 has a 'Queen' sized bed and cable TV, while Bedroom 3 has a 'full' sized bed and cable TV. The fourth Bedroom has two 'twin' beds and is Disney themed for our younger guests.
The South Facing Pool and Deck is covered by its own lanai with additional hedge screening offering you your own private bathing area. In the cooler months of the year the pool can be heated by our new efficient pool heater if requested (at additional cost).Pool heating is can be added for additional fee, please enquire if you would like a quote for this.
The large Garage has a dedicated Games Area. This is equipped with a 'Foosball Table' (Table Football), Air Hockey, Table Tennis and Pool Table.
NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed within the villa
A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental.

Fantastic rental
We've always enjoyed staying in this villa. This is our 4th or 5th time renting 1062, first time under new owership. Did not disappoint. Amazing as always with some nice improvements. Stephen and Johanna are extremely welcoming to deal with and helpful with all our questions. Jane, the local property manager, was extremely helpful when we ran into issues with code entry upon arriving to the house. Thank you everyone for making this another wonderful stay. Awesome Property
We had an amazing time. The villa is very nice and extremely clean. We loved the gated community and all that it had to offer. Overall, excellent place to stay!!

Bella Vida resort - house was everything we needed for our stay in Kissimmee. Rental house is spacious and very comfortable. Excellent WiFi and all cooking utensils provided. Booking process seamless and house is exactly as photos. Liked the proximity to the clubhouse and also short walk to 24 hour Walmart.
Great location. Close to all parks and restaurants
Safe community. Children loved the pool. Would definitely like to return on my next vacation. The house was beautiful. We also loved having Walmart so close. It was very convenient. We liked the small amusement park called Old Town. We had a wonderful week!
Perfect location for a GREAT Disney family vacation
If you're anything like me, when you read an online review, until you have the experience for yourself, you will always wonder if the person who wrote the review is actually telling the truth I can say firsthand that this property was immaculate in every way. I was worried that we were too far away from Disney and it would take too long to get there or that I would have some other issue, like the property was run down or something. I can truly say that this property is perfect for a Disney family get away. Great physical location, Great property, Great owners and it was at a Great price . . . I wouldn't change a thing. Nice villa
We went down for a football tourney this four bedroom villa was great. We were concerned about being stuck in a hotel room for the week so this was perfect plenty of room and very clean. If the weather is good there is a pool with a nice outside sitting area. We would definitely rent again.
Cozy home
The home layout was perfect for our purpose; 2 friends and their kids (2 girls 1 boy ranging from 9-11 years old). Every room had a TV if anyone wanted to relax, the game room in the garage kept the kids entertained, and the pool was a perfect size. I would definitely recommend this home and the management
Love this villa and Lake Berkley
We rent through vipvilla.co.uk once a year and have never had a problem. Again we just loved the house we rented at Lake Berkley this time. It had everything a family could need for a weeks vacation. The pool was clean and beautiful. The house was well stocked with all the essentials you would need to make this a home away from home. The house was impeccably cleaned and the owners were a delight to work with. We felt safe with the 24 hour guard and security gate. The property is in a great location near everything but just out of the way enough to be quiet from the crowds. Well done to everyone involved in making our vacation a magical time.
