A stunning, larger than average 4 Bed 3 Bathroom villa that had a recent major refurbishment .
There are 2 sitting rooms both with lots of comfortable seating. Both rooms have large screen TVs, ideal for when the adults want to watch the latest sports programme whilst the kids enjoy the latest Disney film. Netflix subscription is also included giving you an even wider choice of TV programmes.
The dining room has a large, formal table that seats 8 for dinner.
The kitchen has new appliances, granite counters, plenty of dishware and space for even the most accomplished of chefs. There is a large breakfast bar in the kitchen for casual dining.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom and 40" TV. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, ensuite and TV. The third bedroom has a queen sized bed. The fourth bedroom is a twin with beautiful cartoon characters hand painted on the walls.
Outside you have your own private pool, table/chairs for al frsco dining and sun loungers. Pool heating can be added for additional fee, please enquire if you would like a quote for this.
Free gas BBQ.
There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer.
Our villa has it’s own games room with table football.
Our local management team is always available to assist you with any needs you may have.

Highly recommend this villa
We have just returned home after spending two great weeks at this amazing villa.It was spacious,spotlessly clean, with very comfortable beds and all the amenities you need for a relaxing, enjoyable holiday. The management company kindly checked in on us over the period of Storm Milton. Stephen was always helpful and responsive when we were planning our holiday. Would highly recommend and would love to return.

Snowbird escape
Enjoyed our winter vacation at this Florida rental. It had all the comforts of home- everything we needed. The pool was really nice as the weather was much warmer than normal. It was close to shopping & golfing & in a safe gated community. The management was quick to respond to any issue we had. We have rented from this company several times and will do so again. Great Location
A wonderful house situated in a great location close to disney universal In Orlando International Airport. House and pool area were very clean. No issues with entering the community, great lake and park area for kids. Would definitely rent this house again?

Perfect villa,
The villa was perfect, everything went really smoothly, the villa was clean, the pool was lovely, it had everything we wanted and could have needed. The pictures didn’t do it justice we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely look to book again.

Fantastic
We arrived at 0300pm it was easy to get the key open the house went inside ,the house was cold and clean.W went to sleep for a few hours and wake up.The house was very very clean,Thre kitchen is full eqiuped with everything.The pool was a blessing.We enjoy our stay again in Orlando.We recommed ed this house for everybody who want to enjoy a vacation with CERO and my Family Many thanks to the Brown family .we reallyyyyyyyyy enjoy.I have your email adress. thanks.

Great Villa
We just finished spending 6 weeks at this very nice villa in Lake Berkley Resort. On our arrival the villa was nicely presented and very clean. The management team was very responsive to any of our questions and made sure everything was up to standard. We would definitely book this villa again on our next vacation to Kissimmee area.

Family Getaway 2021
We loved the private pool and relaxing space. Lots of room for our family. It was also close to anything and everything we wanted to do. It was perfect for our much needed relaxing vacation.
