The villa is located on the 5 Star safe gated Bella Vida Resort in the heart of Kissimmee, close to shops, restaurants and bars, and is only 15 minutes from Disney.

The villa is comfortable and can easily accommodate 14 family and friends.
The open plan kitchen, dining and living area includes plenty of comfortable seating and a full cable package TV package. In addition, you also have a DVD/Blu-ray player available to you so you can unwind and enjoy the entertainment.
The well-equipped kitchen includes all appliances for your self-catering needs: fridge-freezer, oven/range, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and tea kettle. It is more than roomy for preparing and serving meals at the breakfast bar and spacious dining area.
There are 6 bedrooms in total, two of which have ensuite bathrooms.
The master bedroom has a King size bed and ensuite bathroom.
The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and ensuite bathroom.
The third and fourth bedrooms are double beds
The fifth and sixth bedroom both have twin beds.

Pool days will create long-lasting family memories. You can enjoy your private pool with stunning lake view, soaking up the Florida sun and relaxing in the spa with massage jets. You'll really make the most of the pool area, dining al-fresco under the lanai with a large table and plenty of seating.There is a child safety fence if needed (and can be removed).
The villa has it's own games room with pool table, table football and air hockey.
There are plenty of amenities in the safe, gated resort of Bella Vida.
Bella Vida Resort is superbly located right by Walmart and the 192, where shops, restaurants and entertainment is plentiful. Disney, Universal Studios and Sea World can be reached in 20 minutes!

Beautiful home and spacious with all the things you would need to enjoy your stay . After out all day come back and relax in the roomy and comfortable home.The weather did't pan out while we were there to enjoy the pool but would stay there again .

Perfect location
This location was perfect and was everything we needed to compliment our summer vacation. The layout and space was wonderful and ideal for everyone on the trip. We'll be back again.

Excellent rental home
I was very pleased with the rental home and I went with my grandparents and they also loved it and they were happy the home was close to everything we didn’t have to drive too far to get to our destination. The home was very spacious for all of us. Lovely home
