Your vacation home from home! Our home is a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom single-family villa, located with golf course frontage on the desirable Highlands Reserve golf community.

It has an open, inviting floorplan complemented by stylish, furnishing. A light and bright villa, allowing the Florida sun to brighten up your day.

Our villa includes air conditioning throughout and has a washer & dryer. There is cable TV and fast speed internet and Wi-fi.

You can sleep up to 8 guests with all bedding and towels supplied to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, that overlooks the expansive living and dining spaces. Sliding doors open to reveal the covered lanai and screened-in pool. There is plenty of dinnerware, cutlery and it has a coffee maker.

The villa has a very private South West facing pool deck. It is a quiet and tranquil place to relax at any time of the day. There is a sheltered area with a dining table and chairs for alfresco dining. There are plenty of sun loungers and comfortable chairs to enjoy the all-day sun.

NO SMOKING  and NO PETS allowed within the villa.

Hi speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout the villa.

Our villa features a TV for those nights in to relax after long days visiting the parks.

There are 4 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 – King size master en-suite with double vanity, walk-in shower, and separate tub.

Bedroom 2 – Queen size bed

Bedroom 3 – Twin bedroom

Bedroom 4 – Twin bedroom

All our bedrooms feature additional TVs to keep everyone happy.

There are 2 bathrooms. One is en-suite to the master and the other has a shower over the bath.

The villa has a games room for your enjoyment featuring a brand new pool table, and gaming area with gaming chairs to enjoy playing your favourite online games on the wall mounted ROKU TVs, with XBOX series S and Nintendo Switch consoles.

A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental
