Welcome to our stunning 3 bed, 2 bath home in the gated, tree lined streets, community of Highgate Park at Legacy Park in Davenport
It has an open, inviting floorplan featuring vaulted ceilings and huge windows that flood the space with natural light.
This home is a haven of modern living, offering both comfort and style for your Florida vacation.
You can sleep up to 6 guests with all bedding and towels supplied to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, that boasts solid countertops and ample storage cabinets, catering to all your culinary needs. The kitchen overlooks the expansive living and dining spaces.
The villa has a large screened in private pool and deck space. It is elevated and so not overlooked by neighbours. This is a quiet and tranquil place to relax at any time of the day. There is a sheltered area with a dining table and chairs for alfresco dining. There are sun loungers and comfortable chairs to enjoy the all-day sun.
Our villa features a TV for those nights in to relax after long days visiting the parks. For recreational activities within your home, there is a table tennis table and a pool table
There are 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 – King size master ensuite with double vanity, walk-in shower, and separate tub, with direct access to the pool and deck space
Bedroom 2 – Twin bedroom
Bedroom 3 – Twin bedroom
Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a second bathroom, providing ample space and versatility for family and friends.
All our bedrooms feature additional TVs to keep everyone happy.
NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed within the villa.

A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental
Highgate Park at Legacy Park is a secure gated community. You will find a BBQ/picnic area, children’s play area and tennis court for your family.
Close to Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World, Aquatica and all the major theme parks and attractions, including world class shopping, dozens of golf courses and many local attractions and historical places of interest.
Located within 15 miles of Disney, this is an ideal place to explore the parks, whilst being able to enjoy the quiet location this home has to offer after a long day or a day away from the parks.
It is a 2-minute drive to the famous Highlands Reserve golf course

Beautiful villa. Beautiful resort
My husband and I were looking for a break from the cold Canadian winter. The Lake Berkeley Resort is a beautiful gated community. It has 24 hour live security. We loved the peace and the nature. We looked directly out over the lake, which has an island full of birds all the time, egrets, cranes, storks, herons, ibis. Lots of different birds around the lake as well. We saw an osprey catching a fish and a bald eagle. Fish in the lake as well. Fishing is allowed. There is also a small beach and BBQ and play area. The villa is beautiful. It has 5 bedrooms, 2 downstairs and 3 upstairs. Very spacious, nice kitchen and dining room. A very nice, well equipped, recreation room with pool table. There are many televisions throughout the villa, though we only tended to use the one in the living room in the evening after it got dark, as we spent most of our time in or near the pool. The covered lanai with pool is spectacular and we spent most of our time in this area, either in the pool or on a lounger by the pool. Or sitting at the patio table eating our meals. There is also a BBQ which we used on numerous occasions. A wonderful vacation. To see sunrise over the beautiful trees and lake every morning whilst drinking your morning coffee, what more could you ask

Very nice villa and location
Had great time here with family, kids loved the pool even more than going to Disney. Villa is well presented and clean, comfortable seating and beds. Air con was wonderful. Highly recommend and we would rent again.

Very convenient and lovely Villa
Villa easy to book and no issues on arrival all ready and as described. Villa location brilliant for all the Disney Parks within 15 mins drive at most. 3 supermarkets near by would recommend the Target one after trying all 3. Nearby restaurants Olive Garden and Ford garage excellent. Grandkids enjoyed the pool and we had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely use again.

Lovely villa
We have just returned from staying here, it’s a lovely villa, perfect location, so close to everything! There was an issue with the pool heat and the management team responded quickly! We are looking at booking to stay here next year!

The perfect vacation home for our family
We were not at all disappointed by our stay in this house. The location was perfect for what we had planned, exceptionally clean, and the pricing was beyond reasonable! We highly recommend staying here if you're looking to visit Orlando FL. especially if you want to be near the Disney parks.

Great House
So happy I was able to find this house. My family and I really enjoyed this lovely home!! Had everything us, My kids loved their rooms and the game room. Especially the pool. House wasn’t too far from Disney. So it was perfect. Would definitely recommend and when we go back. We would definitely love to stay here again!
