Welcome to our stunning 3 bed, 2 bath villa perfectly located just off Highway 27 in Davenport and is only 15 minutes from Disney main gate.
Full air con and hi-speed WiFi throughout.
It has an open, inviting floorplan with its own pool and gorgeous private pool, deck and spa; as well as a games room.
This home is beautiful fresh and very recently refurbished. You can sleep up to 6 guests with all bedding and towels supplied to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, catering to all your culinary needs. The kitchen overlooks the expansive living and dining spaces.
The villa has a large screened in private pool, spa and deck space. It is not overlooked by neighbours. This is a quiet and tranquil place to relax at any time of the day. There is a sheltered area ideal for alfresco dining. There are sun loungers and comfortable chairs to enjoy the all-day sun. There is also a child safety fence that can be removed.
Our villa features a TV for those nights in to relax after long days visiting the parks. For recreational activities within your home, there is foosball and a pool table.
There are 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 – King size master ensuite with double vanity, walk-in shower, and separate tub, with direct access to the pool and deck space
Bedroom 2 – Queen size bed
Bedroom 3 – Twin bedroom
Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a second bathroom, providing ample space and versatility for family and friends.
All our bedrooms feature additional TVs to keep everyone happy.
NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed within the villa.
Hi speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout the villa.
A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental
The added attraction of this lovely home is that it is within 30 minutes of all the Orlando theme parks, close to shops, supermarkets and lots of restaurants.
If you fancy a day trip to the beach you have the Atlantic (Cocoa Beach) and Gulf Coast beaches (Clearwater) within about 60-80 minutes away.
If you are a golfer, then we are close to the prestigious Champions gate, Reunion and Southern Dunes courses as well as several others including the Disney golf courses.
Tuscan Hills gives a hint of Tuscany as you are greeted by water fountains, topiary landscaping, and villas with red tiled roofs.
A central clubhouse as you enter the community has a gym, tennis court and volleyball court, and a play area to amuse the children.

Great place to stay
The villa is very convenient for shops and eating places - Walmart, Aldi and a large number of restaurants are less than 10 minutes away. The villa is also easily accessible to all the theme parks and shopping centres. The villa is in a quiet location and its very nice pool area has a lovely south facing position looking out onto a lake, which sets it apart when compared with many other properties in the area. It was just what we needed and we would certainly book this villa again.

Excellent place to stay,
Great location for the Disney parks, Walmart and restaurants on the 192 Our 7 year old grand-daughter loved the pool. There is an alarm which sounds when the patio doors to the pool are opened which means little ones can't sneak into the pool unnoticed, The villa was clean, the pool maintained regularly and beds comfortable. Would certainly stay here again.
