As you enter the home you are greeted with an open plan living/dining/kitchen area. Sliding doors from the living area access the pool and deck space where you can enjoy your private pool.

Located within the gated community of Watersong, there are plenty of amenities to keep you busy. Tennis courts, playground, recreation, and fitness facilities. This home is also located just under 30 minutes to Disney and just minutes to Providence Golf Club, shopping centre, restaurants and more.

The living space offers plenty of comfortable seating that has been newly refurbished. There is a TV and an entertainment centre.

Access to the pool area is via the rear living space. There is a beautiful large pool and raised jacuzzi spa. There is plenty of seating and loungers to enjoy the Florida sunshine and suitable space under the lanai for alfresco dining. The external area is fully screened and offers views of the conservation and woodland area. South facing pool.

There is a well-equipped kitchen. Appliances include stove, microwave, French door refrigerator with automatic water and ice dispenser. All tableware and cooking utensils, coffee maker, kettle, blender & toaster

All linens and towels are supplied.

There is a spacious dining area just off the kitchen and contains a table with seating for 6 people. Additional seating can be found at the breakfast bar
