Your vacation home from home! Our home is a 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom two storey villa, located on the High Grove gated resort.

It has an open, inviting floorplan complemented by stylish, furnishing. A light and bright villa, allowing the Florida sun to brighten up your day.

Our villa includes air conditioning throughout and has a washer & dryer. There is cable TV and fast speed internet and Wi-fi.

You can sleep up to 8 guests with all bedding and towels supplied to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, that overlooks the expansive living and dining spaces. The kitchen has plenty of dinnerware, cutlery and crockery for your use. There is a more formal dining table just off the kitchen.

Sliding doors from the living space open to reveal the large and sociable private pool and deck space. The villa has a south facing pool deck. It is a quiet and tranquil place to relax at any time of the day. There is a dining table and chairs for alfresco dining and plenty of sun loungers and comfortable chairs to enjoy the all-day sun.

There are 4 bedrooms all on the upper floor

Bedroom 1 – King size master ensuite with separate tub and shower

Bedroom 3 – Twin bedroom

Bedroom 4 – Twin bedroom

All our bedrooms feature additional TVs to keep everyone happy.

There are 2 bathrooms. One is ensuite to the master and the other has a shower over the bath. There is also a cloakroom downstairs.

The downstairs games room offers plenty to keep the kids entertained with a Foosball and Pool table.

NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed within the villa.

Hi speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout the villa.

A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental.

High Grove is an extremely popular, peaceful, gated community in Clermont, close to Disney World at the point where the US192 meets the US27.

Community facilities include a heated swimming pool, separate spa, well-equipped gym, games room, crazy golf and children’s play area. At the entrance of the community is a family-friendly Irish pub offering food and entertainment, hundreds of other restaurant options are just a few minutes’ drive away along the popular US192.
