Our luxury 4 bedroom home is located within the top rated community of Hamiltons near Disney

The villa is furnished to a very high standard and is fully  Air-conditioned throughout keeping the villa cool in the warm Florida  weather.

The tastefully furnished lounge has two large comfortable sofas and is equipped with large screen TV.

Full air con and hi-speed WiFi throughout.

The dining room is perfect for a formal or informal meal.

 The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to make you feel  right at home. It has a cooking range, microwave, dishwasher, fridge,  freezer, coffee maker,etc. There are more than sufficient  plates/utensils for all of your party. There is also a washer and dryer  in the utility room.

Bedroom 3----2 Twin size beds

Bedroom 4----1 Bunkbed with full size beds

 There is an additional bathroom, so 2 in total.
 
 The pool and deck area is the ultimate place to relax and soak up  some sun. The sun loungers, chairs and table are great for outside  entertainment and dining.

The villa has a games room with pool table .

PET POLICY*** Only small pets or under 40 pound dog allowed with permission prior. Please ask. $150 Pet fee for each animal . No fee for Service dogs, we need proper documents to waive the fee.

Strictly NO smoking in the villa (outside is ok)

$150 refundable security deposit is required.
