A cozy family room with 77” flat-screen TV and streaming services like Netflix and Disney+ ready to go. Plenty of comfortable seating for relaxing together as a group. There is direct access to the south facing pool and deck area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials:
Regular appliances including a fridge, oven, microwave, and dishwasher
A Keurig coffee pot, toaster oven, and tea kettle for added convenience
A table with 6 chairs plus 2 counter stools for family meals and gatherings
A leaf to extend the table, allowing for more seating when needed

There are 4 bedrooms & 3 full bathrooms, including:
Bedroom 1 - A King master ensuite with a large tub, separate shower, and double vanity
Bedroom 2 - A Queen ensuite with shower over tub
Bedroom 3 - An additional Queen bedroom
Bedroom 4 – A pyramid bunk room (twin over full) – ideal for kids!

There are 32” TV’s in all the bedrooms except for the bunk room
