Located on the community of Lake Wilson Preserve in Davenport, this privately owned 4 bedroom vacation villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, therefore sleep 9 guests. It has a private pool with conservation views with no overlooking rear neighbours and a games room and a TV in the pool area.

Full air-con and hi speed WiFi throughout the villa.

The kitchen is well equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, icemaker fridge/freezer and waste disposal.  You will fine everything you need has been provided.  

There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer, so leave room in your suitcase for lots of shopping at the bargain Outlets.

The family lounge has comfy seating, a flatscreen TV and a door leading to the pool area. 

Bedrooms:

Main bedroom has a Queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom. The room window overlooks the pool.

Bedroom 2 also with a Queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom. The room window overlooks the pool. 

Bedroom 3 has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom.  This bathroom is shared with the rest of the house. 

Bedroom 4 has a bunk bed and a single bed. 

All rooms come with a flatscreen TV.

Pool Safety: This property has Pool Door Alarms.

Our local managing agents are responsible for cleaning and maintainig our villa.  You can call them for any assistance you might need.
