The spacious open-plan villa is a great choice for your family holiday to Orlando and will help everybody relax and forget about normal everyday living. The family lounge, filled with lots of natural light, has 3 comfy sofas positioned in front of the flatscreen TV.

The fully equipped kitchen is large enough for many helpers to join forces to cook a meal or prepare packed lunches and has been equipped with all the appliances, gadgets and utensils you are likely to need. There is a breakfast table next to the doors that access the pool and deck space.

A more formal second dining table is close to the front door, a perfect setting for mealtimes or evening fun playing games and chatting.

The large pool deck gets plenty of sunshine all year round and has its own private pool with easy access. The outlook is of trees and a lake. The covered dining area and seating options, make this a perfect place to sit, relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. All seating and loungers are provided. This property has Pool Door Alarms.

LOWER FLOOR:

Bedroom 2: Queen size bed, located to the rear of the villa. There is a bathroom next door to this bedroom with additional, easy access to the pool and deck area

Bedroom 6: Twin beds, located to the right of the front door, looking over the garden and is Disney-themed

UPPER FLOOR:

Bedroom 1: King size bed (main bedroom). There is an ensuite bathroom with separate tub and shower

Bedroom 3: Queen size bed, located to the rear of the villa.

Bedroom 4: Twin beds (next to bedroom 3) and is Harry Potter themed

Bedroom 5: Twin beds (next to bedroom 1) and is Yoda-themed

All bedrooms have flatscreen TVs. The 3^rd bathroom is on the upper floor as well.

All bed linen and towels are provided.

The games room will be where many long-lasting holiday memories are made as you play endless games of pool or table football against each other, with plenty of seating options for spectators on the side-lines.

A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental.

The community facilities, just 2 minutes’ walk from here, include a tennis court, children’s play area and an outdoor swimming pool. Berry Town Centre, a 15-minute walk from the villa, or just 2 minutes by car, has a Publix supermarket and selection of family restaurants for you to discover. A greater selection, satisfying all tastes, budgets and dietary requirements, can be found along the US192, a few miles north of the community. Theme parks are not too far away from Highlands Reserve, Disney World is just 20-25 minutes away, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove are less than half an hour from here and Universal Resorts, home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park can be reached in as little as 30-35 minutes.

The I-4 Highway is just south of the community, and this will lead you to Busch Gardens, Kennedy Space centre and many of Florida’s award-winning beaches on both coastlines.
