Great vacation
Our villa was very comfortable and well furnished. Beds were comfortable…plenty of seating at tables and couches for a larger group. The kitchen was well equipped. We had some minor maintenance issues that we worked around. The management company had good communication and was quick to get back with us when I let them know about issues with the second fridge and clogged drains in the showers. Otherwise, the place was great! Would definitely recommend or come back in the future.

Wonderful New Year Family Holiday,
We booked this this Villa in Cumbrian Lakes for a two week family holiday and had a really wonderful stay. Cumbrian Lakes is a well maintained quiet residential gated community, secure but with easy access as we were provided with a gate code. The Villa was spacious, comfortable clean and well presented throughout with good facilities. Pool was south facing, great for sunshine with a wonderful view over lake. Since we holidayed in January, we opted for pool heating which was well worthwhile as we swam and enjoyed the jacuzzi most mornings before breakfast. We really liked the location on the edge of Kissimmee, close enough to all the theme-park action and Kissimmee for groceries, etc., but also quiet and restful. The unexpected bonus, being on the edge of a sizeable nature reserve, was the wildlife, we saw plenty of birds including herons and egrets on the lake plus, a family of deer, black vultures and even bald eagles. We were really sorry to leave and are looking forward to returning in the future. The booking process was straightforward - Stephen & Johanna were quick to respond to questions.

Families Making Memories 2021!
We booked this villa for our daughters bday vacation, and like all our adventures, this was another one for the books. Definitely recommend! Very clean, spacious living room, bedrooms as well. Feels like just home away from home. Had no issues at all and neighborhood is well located an enjoyed every bit of it.
