Q.Why should I choose a Luxury Villa over a hotel?
A.Florida Hotels can be very expensive. Most hotel rooms accommodate a range from 2-4 (2 adults and 2 children) which will be very cramped for your vacation. For the price of a medium room you can rent a luxury villa with your own private pool and all the space you will need. Don't forget we have villas that can sleep upto 6, 8, 10, 12 or 14 guests. Imagine the cost of several hotel rooms per night compared to the cost of the villa. Most resort communities also have the facilities of a top class hotel as well. And of course at the villa you will have your very own private pool.
Your villa villa will have full kitchen facilities, including fridge/freezer, where you can store food/drinks/snacks. You then have a choice of cooking your own food or dining out. And think about how much money you save by not having to buy expensive drinks/snacks at hotel pool bars.
Bottom line is that a villa works out far cheaper than a hotel and far more enjoyable.
Q.How many bedrooms are there in a Villa?
A.We have a range of villas with different numbers of bedrooms, between 3 and 8, to suit most needs.
Q How many bathrooms are in the villa
A All of our villas have at least 2 bathrooms, the larger the villa the more bathrooms.
Everyone of our villas has at least one Master Bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
Q.How do we get to the accommodation?
A.Upon paying the final payment to book your villa, you will be e-mailed a welcome letter and directions to the villa. Most of our villas are 30 minutes from Orlando International airport and about an hour from Sanford airport.
Q.How do we gain access to the accommodation?
A.Access details will be given to you along with directions to the villa when you have paid for your accommodation in full. All of our villas are key code access, so no keys to collect.
Q.Do we have to pay a security deposit?
A.A security deposit or $150 is charged to cover the cost of any damages that may occur and to deter guests smoking in the villa. The vast majority of our guests respect the villa they are staying in and it is very rare that a security deposit is used. This deposit is refunded within 7 days of your departure.
Q.Do I have to care for the pool?
A.No, all our villas employ a management company to take care of the pool weekly. The pool will be cleaned and sanitized to ensure that it is in the best condition. There is however a pool net available to take any leaves etc off the surface should this be required
Q.Can the pool be heated?
A.Yes, the pool and spa (if applicable) can be heated for an additional charge. Pool heat is usually not required from May through October
Q.Is the accommodation cleaned before and after our stay?
A.Yes, the house is professionally cleaned before you arrive and after you leave.
Q.Where can I check e-mails and access the internet?
A.All of our villas have Wi-Fi provided free of charge.
Q.How many people can share the accommodation?
A.Each villa is licensed for a specific number of people which is clearly shown on the web site. Generally the range is from 6 - 14 guests
Q.What does the kitchen include?
A.All of our villa kitchens have a table and chairs, large refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, small appliances, dinnerware (dishes, cutlery, glasses etc) and cooking utensils (pots, pans etc)
Q.Is there a laundry room?
A.All of our villas will have a washing machine and tumble dryer which you can use free of charge for your personal belongings. No need to bring many clothes on vacation, save room in your suitcase for those new clothes that can be bought cheaply at the nearby shopping malls.
Q.Do you allow smoking in the accommodation?
A.Strictly no. Outside on the pool deck is allowed.
Q.Are pets allowed?
A.Most of our villas have a strict no pets policy. However if the villa shows as "pet friendy" then you may request to bring a pet.
Q.What if we have any problems or questions during our stay?
A.Each villa owner has a local management company who look after the accommodation and are on call 24/7 to look after you. Full details will be provided to you before your arrival and are listed in the villa.

Q.Do we need travel insurance?
A.We highly recommend every guest has full travel insurance suitable for the United States of America and the cover is effective from the date you book, not the date to go, this ensure you are covered if you have to cancel.
Q.Are there restaurants nearby?
A.All of our villas are situated within 1-3 miles of numerous restaurants to suit most tastes and budgets. Also nearby are golf courses, supermarkets, pharmacy's, shops, medical facilities etc.
Q.How far are we from the theme parks?
A.All of our villas are within a short drive to Disney, Universal Studios, Legoland and SeaWorld.
The Kennedy Space Centre, Busch Gardens and Cocoa Beach are about a 60 minute drive.
Q.Is there anywhere we can hire facilities for small children?
A.Yes. We can provide a quote for all types of extras you may need such as cots (cribs) and strollers (buggy's).
Q.Is the accommodation suitable for guests with disabilities?
A.Although none of our villas are specifically adapted for guests with disabilities, we can match a suitable villa to your needs that has a full bedroom and bathroom downstairs. These are only likely to be suitable to guests who can transfer from a wheelchair without hoist assistance. Usually, the whole of the ground floor and pool area is accessible by chair but check the web site for details.
