Great Location for visiting Orlando/Kissimmee area for parks and golf,

Thoroughly enjoyed our 104-night stay (January – April 2024) at this home. Location close to all parks, stores and restaurants. Perfect place for Rest, Relaxation and Peace and Quiet! Outfitted with everything needed for a short or long stay (kitchen supplies including food storage containers, lots of bedding & towels and for entertainment (pool table, books, games, Wi-Fi and 4 televisions. Pool area has comfortable loungers as is very picturesque overlooking the small lake with fish, turtles and a small alligator as well! Very comfortable and definitely a home away from home. Only thing we might add to improve vacation experience is the home has a dated décor and could use some updating. Check in experience was contactless and seamless.

We visit the Kissimmee area 2 or 3 times every year and have stayed in many villas over the years. This villa in our opinion has been the best. Everything was perfect from the start when we booked it all the way through to when we departed. No faults whatsover and no complaints from us. This will be our number 1 choice going forward.

So easy to get to parks,

Fantastic villa, very large and well kitted out. Best thing (being UK based and not used to US roads), was really easy to get to all the parks (maybe about 3ish turn offs), and a supermarket within 10 mins away so could just pop out. Great location, saw alligators in the pond behind us (we were safe), lovely neighbourhood, and nice to chill in if you’re tired of parks. Would definitely stay there again, brilliant service.

Lovely Stay

A peaceful setting, with plenty of wildlife activity on the lake. The house was clean and well maintained and is very convenient for the theme parks and the 192. We are returning next year!

Perfect setting, great location

This part of Kissimmee is a great location for visiting the theme parks and has easy access to the I-4, a big bonus for heading to Tampa where we always go at least once. The villa itself is on a well maintained estate in a quiet position and with the lake out back, the pool deck is a great place to unwind after a busy day, or start your day with breakfast outside watching the different bird life on and around the water. Only the two of us on this visit but the villa had everything we needed, nice big main bathroom with plenty of room and the bed was extremely comfortable. Management company were very helpful when we contacted them on a minor concern. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
